I suspect that someone has overcapitalised. They've done a nice renovation (albeit a slightly soulless one - the garden is completely devoid of character). However, they spent their money in the wrong location and have now sought to sell in a rapidly declining market. Prices are falling across London as people seek to flee before it's too late. It's not just white flight either.
