We have a very small section of wall in our front garden that we want to be removed along with an old iron gate post. The wall is about 2 feet long and 1 foot high and is made of old concrete. It was probably built in the 1930s. I expect it could be knocked down with a sledgehammer. The gate post might come out easily or might need a power tool, depending on how far down it goes.
Is this something a handyman could do or do we need a builder?
We plan to put a simple wooden picket fence in this section but would do that ourselves.
Any recommendations?
