Hopefully this post is legible.
I'm in an Uber on my way to get this bite looked at right now.
I've just been bitten by a dog on the pavement on Hermitage Road where is joins Vale Grove.
The lady was unapologetic to say the least a d blamed me for 'provoking' the dog.
Iver called the police who are meeting me Monday to review. It would be helpful to get a name or rough address if anyone has any ideas who she is for the police report.

Hi again all. Some good news.. PC Chapman from the Safer Neighbourhoods team will be calling at the address of the dog owner this evening to warn of the seriousness of dog bite incidents. Address kindly provided on the police case by a HoL member! Hopefully the message is heeded! Thanks again.
XL BULLIES
Seems to me the authorities lack sufficent powers to destroy aggressive or dangerous dogs:
BBC: 'I dread the phone ringing': Inside the kennels responding to vicious XL bully attacks
Dangerous dogs are kept in kennels and are graded from GREEN (least aggressive) to BLACK (the most aggressive).
