I wonder how many of these chaps, if any, survived the great war? It's eerie to see photos taken just before a huge event of which the subjects have no prior knowledge.

Tim..........I think along those very same lines.  Can't help but.  Maybe influenced by fact my grandad and great uncle were both killed at war 1915 and 1918.  What tragic waste............
