But where is "Green's Lane"?

I've been trying for ages to get them to (or allow me to ) cut back some trees which loom hugely over my garden and have never really been looked after properly, but no dice.

If you speak to Cat at BTCV she may be able to help although she does follow the management plan set out by Harringay Council.
