Sweet Rock stretched by a workout from an in-house designed 'pudding machine,' then after the letters were added, an extremely skilled Sugar Puller, pulled the sweet to a one inch diameter. An amazing feat, true artisans.

Production in the end couldn't compete with smaller outfits in seaside towns producing rock candy, (giving way to more profitable production lines,) though this video promotes the great skill and knowledge of traditional sweet manufacture Barrat employees mastered.
