Interview with Clare and Lucy at South Harringay Infants School Garden

Winner of the 2010 Capital Growth Cool Climate prize. Clare and Lucy, parent gardeners, explain how the garden got started and their plans for the future. Despite it being recorded in July, it was a blustery day, so the soundtrack is a little 'windy' in places.
Later on, we ate the potatoes that the children harvested. They were absolutely delicious. I'd forgotten just how good a simple spud could taste when its pulled from the dirt, cooked and eaten within a few hours. Inspiring stuff!
