Unbelievable, this happened almost outside our house (Seymour Rd) and my daughter saw it all happen! She ran into the kitchen asking me to 'phone the police because someone had stolen another person's car. I went and had a look, by this time a couple of other neighbours were on the street and the police had already been called. Police arrived shortly after and questioned a group of us!! What a waste of police time, as well as frightening a small child.

So Martha, are you saying this was a set-up but the on-lookers didn't realise?
