50 Years ago today !

Three years after this photo, all three MET H class trams shown here had been scrapped. They were replaced by trolleybuses.. The tram route 39A Winchmore Hill - Bruce Grove had been replaced by trolleybus 625 Enfield - Wood Green - Tottenham Hale - Woodford which was in turn replaced by the 275 bus exactly 50 years ago today on 27 April 1960.
