How very unfair. To the exact right of this image and not too far different in point of time were the offices of Derek Newport, Radio and TV sales operation, and in which building, on the first floor, was a young wages clerk by the name of Pxxxxa whom I had, as a young boy and teenager been hopelessly in love from the years age 9 to 16 when I finally ended up as whatever we called 'attached' boy and girl back then. Not long after4 her greatest love returned from sea and married her and they have been happy ever after. Me too with another as it happened but P is still well and we are still, if distantly, in touch.  The trolley buses and even Derek Newport's business lasted less well.
