It is clear in this photo that Green Lanes had trams in the middle of the carriageway. There is also a single decker bus. The tram lines went all the way through Harringay to Seven Sisters Road and beyond. Putting two bus lanes where the tram lines used to be with a cycle lane on each side could be the answer to the over use of this street by through traffic.
