The lady is almost certainly Harriet Bowman. In her mid-forties at the time of the photo, she lived at number 84 with her husband, Joseph, a solicitor's clerk and their two children Joseph jr, aged 18, a merchant's clerk and 16 year old Lillian.

I can't quite make out what it was that Lillian was trying to ensure got in the picture in her front window. A prize aspidistra?
