Ring-necked parakeets, that's the male on the right. We had a pair here (Woodstock Rd) last week. It appears that they are a successful escapee/immigrant to southern England. I remember seeing my first colony in Woodford Green at the end of the 60's and there's another famous colony on Hampstead Heath as well. They estimate that there are about 8600 breeding pairs so far. Very noisy if you live near to one of their colonies.
