Comment by Alan on March 15, 2023 at 0:57: I remember the GLC parkeepers in their all-brown uniform and their litter spikes. I got told off for riding my bike on a gravel path on my way to work early one morning. That stuck with me. Always got off the bike & walked it along pavements after. Wish they'd teach today's genartion to do that. !
