What a difference! Love it - but a shame it couldn't have covered right down to the bottom of the bridge.

Well, it certainly raises expectations. As for "What's coming?" I suppose those of us who've read the 11 pages Hugh links to may have some virtual idea of what's promised us and of what some others may think it's worth spending a couple of million on. But if a passing motorist, of whom there are many more than us who live here, pulls up sharply under the bridge and shouts, "What's coming, mate?", I'll probably just shrug my shoulders and say, "LED panels or sunc," he'll drive off shaking his head at this old fool of Gotham, or make a note to return and nick the lead panels the first night they're up.
The new banner tells non HOLlers SFA about our present or future, just something extremely vague about our mythical past if you have time to decipher it.
