This is the intersection with Albert Road. No. 65 Victoria Road is on the far left. It looks as if the photo has been marked with an x over the door of no. 61.

Immediately above what is probably a pile of horse manure in the middle of the road, is the letter box which still stands outside nos 45/47.

On the horizon to the far right is the cupola on Stroud Green School.

Horse manure notwithstanding, it looked so much nicer (without all the parked cars) than it does today.
