Spent 7 happy years there 61-68. There is a very active Association for anyone who is interested. (Old Stationers Association) . You can join easily and for £15 get two excellent magazines a year with lots of stuff for all who attended.
Nice park now but just feel nostalgic when I walk through

I am in that picture (there from 54-59) and have a copy. I can name, with nicknames, most of the staff in the centre foreground - which is a bit sad really! The class of '54 ('mine') has had an annual reunion in London every September since the 50th anniversary in 2004.

I'm also in that picture, same year as Richard. Enjoyed my time there and also the weekly bus ride along Green Lanes to the sports field in Winchmore Hill, which is now a Sainsbury's. I used to keep goal roughly where the milk section is now. Not many of my lot still living locally.

I am in that one as well, 5th one up on the left with crew cut, if I remember rightly Colin Hall played in goal for our year. Loved the Winchmore Hill ground!!

Fascinating to see this picture and the one from 1947 too. I started teaching at Stationers;' in 1964, and I must have taught some of the boys in the front row in the 1958 photo, but I don't recognise any of them. Even in the 1947 photo, there are many members of staff I remember well.

I joined Stationers’ in September 1964 and was one of the four ex- Priory Vale boys to transfer to Stationers’ to study for ‘A’ levels and go on to University. I remember John Leeming who I believe was our Chemistry teacher. Chemistry was my field of study at University.

Hi Paul,

I remember you well. I'm so glad that you decided to pursue chemistry at university level.
