The above photo is one I took in 1965 with my added background removed. Here is the "original", which I posted as a bit of fun, probably on April 1st.

Yes thankyou for taking it back in the day, and posting it to Hol for us all to see. Shame about your photoshop-experiment. Did you perchance happen to take others of Quernmore or locale.? Your efforts back then live on and amuse others.

It wasn't Photoshop in 1965 - it was real cut and paste! I'm afraid I don't have any other contemporary photos of that immediate area.

Great view of the old St Paul's and the looming presence of Harringay Arena in the far distance. Thank you. I remember using many shops - especially Gibbs news and baccy and sweets.

I did an earlier one which included the other side of the tracks.
