Approximately 150 yards from this junction, south, on a foggy morning in about 1958 my father drove our car straight into the back of a parked car! Never saw it he said. Ex-copper and the skid marks were 15 feet long - so that wasn't snail's pace was it dad?

Used to know the vicars son back in mid late 60s, also went to cub in the hall behind the vicarage.

It’s a disgrace, Lance. You make a point though; it probably should refer to Lausanne rather than Frobisher - a momentary slip of the cerebeum, I suppose. Now corrected. Thanks.
