I suspect that behind the wall past the greenhouse on the right was Highlands, home to landowner John Dockry Dickenson after who Dickenson Road was named. Highlands Estate was built on the site.

Not sure about this. No sign of Heathville road and the houses on the left look different to those in the Shaftsbury Road ‘looking north’ photo. These survive as Brambledown Mansions.
might this image be a view of Crouch Hill looking south from the Crouch End side? That would link better to Dickinson.
Looking north from Heathville works out with the geography on the 1895 ordinance survey map, the current Google Maps and my own experience of the area. I’m pretty sure the buildings on the immediate left are Brambledown Mansions, fairly newly erected at this stage, I think, named after the recently demolished large house Brambledown..
