Green Lanes No 6 Woodberry Villa - near Manor House

Recently I bought this rather nice 15" x 20” auction poster advertising a clearance sale to gardeners, builders and others.

I wonder where 6 Woodberry Villa was?

The sale was on June 22nd on Thursday – I wonder what year?
An interesting lot for sale is, “Lot 29* Well made bicycle 54 inches, by Sassen”.

Today we would call this a Penny Farthing bike.
