New River & Woodberry Wetlands from Lordship Road, c1906

When I first saw this picture, its description suggested that the houses in the distance are the old houses on Woodberry Down. But those houses were far grander and much further spaced apart than those in this picture. So I think this photo was taken just to the east of Lordship Road, looking south-east over what is now Woodberry Wetlands but was then East Reservoir. I'm wondering if what is shown if the houses on Bethune Road. (All of which still leaves me looking for a decent picture of the houses on Victorian or Edwardian Woodberry Down.
