Judging by the incline surely this is looking East towards Tottenham, with the Manor Pub on the corner?

Judging by the capacity load on the top of the tram and the many men hanging around at the junction (can't see any women), there must have been something special going on..

Perhaps this is the election of 1906 and there was a polling station at Manor House ?
