Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Barratts Wood Green | a Half Century
I'm guessing that the top photo was taken in around 1900 and the bottom one in around 1950. I notice that the top of the building has lost its Victorian flourishes already.

When I worked in Station road around 1981/2, after Barratts had closed down, one day we noticed a couple of guys removing tiles etc from the roof - can't remember if police were called, its too long ago., but I seem to think they were.
