Ah, I see this building is in fact in Colina Mews, just off Park Road. It's now called Colina House and used for live-work spaces by folk in the creative sector. 

See my blog from a couple of summers ago.

According to HoL member Julie Majestic Wine started off in Colina Mews. So I imagine that would have been from this building.

We nearly bought the top flat in 1996 - loads of work was needed and you could see through to the Architects offices below through the gaps in the floorboards? - The Estate agents didn’t know how much the Council Tax was so was an unknown factor so decided on a house in the Gardens which was almost in a derelict state as well and needed tons of work too? Andy

Small world time - I lived a few hundred yards from this works until 1963 - now it turns out the organ in my local church in Lyng, Norfolk was made by - Cartwrights!
