Actually I think this is a bloody good idea.
Getting caught with a just potty training kid in a place with no obvious sign of a public convenience is a nightmare.

Good idea - not sure how well it will work in practice though. If you are 'crossing your legs', then paying 25p to be texted something like 'North end of Berwick Street' may be less than ideal (possibly to pay another 20p?).
