Comment by Hugh on August 23, 2019 at 19:20: I noticed recently that the 1893 OS map gave the alternative spelling of Haringey/Harringay. This must have been before Hornsey Council got addicted to the -ey spelling.

When I first got the image, I assumed that the stamped location was a modern addition, added for online sales reasons. The line cutting-in to the photo above it is far too regular for the period.
