Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Can you identify this Hornsey Villa built for W R Perry in 1875

I had a bit of a bash and failed. I did the same with the"Finsbury Park house" recently and was delighted to get a fairy rapid ID from a HoL member. Will my luck old out this time?

Hope this link helps to find the villa, Hugh-

1875 - Villa at Hornsey, London - Architecture of London - Archisee...

If I’m reading the information correctly, I reckon a view from Crouch Hill to Alexandra Palace, over the village of Hornsey, could be an elevated position close to Dickenson Road...give or take a street or two. It so happens there’s a foot-print on the old plan of 1895 resembling the villa’s floor-plan –which I’ve included on the image. The site now appears to be a block of flats?

I’ve had a look around Crouch Hill on street view but don’t see anything else as convincing at this time.

Les, I've followed up your detective work with some rather rewarding research and have just published a shorty piece here
