Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

From the other side of the postcard: Posted 12.15 am May 31st 1906 at Finsbury Park PO to a friend in Slough, by somebody called I think Flo, who says “I am sending you a view of the road in which I live and hope you will like it.”

Comment by Hugh on May 7, 2021 at 8:25: Philip, number 76 used to be of interest. Up until a few years ago, it looked unchanged from the early 20th century, from the old green paintwork to the surviving pleached limes. It was empty for a long time before being sold and I peeked inside once and saw that the interior looked largely early mid-century, down to the early dolly style light switches.
