Hornsey station over-footbridge is at the bottom of picture, leading to Hampden Rd. The 4 storey mansion block at Wightman Rd/Hampden Rd  junction is bottom right, behind the steam railway sheds. The New River ( looking like a road in this photo) passes behind steam sheds and goes under the railway line at 45 degrees. I am puzzled by the way Turnpike lane underpasses the railway  ( on LHS photo ) ?

What is interesting for me in this picture is the amount of offset at the junction of the, now continuous, Wightman and Hornsey Park Roads. You can also see the old Grand Picture Palace at the corner of Wightman Road.
