Glad you liked this post, I'll try to sort some old Harringay stuff out over the weekend, it's all in my old mums loft,

and it's a bit of a task,as she's a bit doddery, it's all to much for her for me to sort out the loft, if you know what I mean..

I always suspected things were getting better - but now I know it. I have lived here for a few years now and I dont ever recall walking past a gun battle like that. Hackney was quite different.....

We had an episode, or part of Spooks filmed on Green Lanes as well and an American rap star  I think his name was Fifty Cents, or was it Forty :) or similar did a shoot in Hermitage Road on his way to Europe filmed a three minute (which took about eighteen hours) edititing, obviously, shows you how hard they work and that he was a hard worker and his image is manufactured and he really works hard. He  ended up in him throwing his shoes at midnight at an audience that had turned up who were not not even supposed to know he was there. Guess there was a leak

Maggie if Robert Carlyle walked down the Harringay Passage in anything but the movies, I'm not sure he'd be 'safe' from some of us ladies, especially if he did it a school chucking out time...or is that just me he'd have to fend off?

Always fancied Ray Winstone meself - and he's only improved  in his 50s..

Now were those real kids?  I mean were they SHS extras, or shipped in from Anna Scher in Islington?

Must have been teaching that day so missed it. Glad to see Pemberton-Mattison stretch properly littered - but did the actors insists that the locals clean up the dog shit between their takes?
