Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Cowboy in Muswell Hill

I originally thought this was Roy Rogers and Trigger when they were over doing a turn in Harringay Stadium during the Billy Graham gig in 1954. But the Ford Anglia is post-1959.

So, any ideas anyone?

By the fashions and the car I'd say it is dated around 1961/63

I believe my late father took the picture from the roundabout bus station at the top of Muswell Hill during the Hornsey Carnival. Unfortunately I've not yet found any associated pics to give clues but will keep looking. If nothing else it serves as a reminder to label your pictures! (I know, I'm just as bad but I have started now...)
