On the extreme right is Dylan Thomas House. Ib the middle ground, just visible is the roofline of the 1930s flats, Goulding Court on Turnpike Lane (showing in this photo as a darker building).

It's interesting to compare this photo with one taken of a very similar view about thirty years earlier.
