The trolleybus has stopped to let the lady with the pushchair across the crossing. Some of the bus passengers are using their chance to jump off the bus. At the same time, the Hillman Minx driver looks like he is trying to overtake the bus, although he can't see if anyone is crossing there...

Not that it matters, but this photo looks post war, that scooter looks late fifties? Nice to see the trolly is heading to Winchmore Hill so must be heading North
