Not sure what this is saying. It used to be "Watch out there's a thief about " :-)

It's rather like the sign "Disabled driver - keep clear " on one of the Ladder roads. I've always thought this implied that the disabled driver might lash out without warning :-)

There are a number of blind junctions in the Gardens and there had been accidents involving children on bikes. The sign I think is to remind drivers that they are not the only users of the roads and that they should pay special attention to the fact that kids will be using them too.
