For a road that had no more than ten houses, this short road has come up a surprising number of times in the past years.
The road apparently started life as a short adjunct to Blenheim Road called, off Mayes Road, simply The Grove. By the mid-20th century it had apparently been renamed to Blenheim Grove.
This photo appears to be early or 20th century. It is most likely a celebration after the end of WWII.
Blenheim Grove comes up in the comments section of a post here and in other photos here.
