Operating as a pub since around 1830, the Ferry Boat has long been considered to be in Tottenham. However, it's actually just across the border in Walthamstow. This view taken from the river.

On occasion our family would drive out to the Ferry Boat for a pie and a pint on a weekend. I'd guess plenty others did to - we rated this 'the country'.
