Dick Harris, Harringay Tigers

The Harringay Tigers was one of three guises of a Harringay-based speedway team.

From 1928 to 1931 the team was the Harringay Canaries. It was the Tigers between 1934 and 1939. On the 4th April 1947 the team post war revival name was the Harringay Racers. Speedway racing ended at the stadium in 1954.
