Hi David, Julia and Ender. I only happened across this website recently and I was amazed by the photos and comments. Ender I'm sorry to have to tell you that is not you in the back row third from the right, as that chubby chap is me Andy Simmonds. I lived in Beresford road not far from Janet Allemandy and if my memory serves me Yvonne Giddens was at one point a close neighbour. Other names I remember are John Worland, Ian Harrison, Stella Shelagh, Alina Bidzinski and Christine Irons. I would love to be able to put all the names to faces but time plays hell with memory. I remember you well David I seem to remember we got into a bit of trouble from time to time. At some point we had a headmistress Mrs. Payne, but that might have been infants school. I believe there was a Miss. Linley and Mr Lloyd-Davis. The caretaker was Mr. Allcroft and we called him, rather unkindly, Mr. Oilcloth. I think he lived in the House / Cottage in the corner of the playground. I also remember the classical music being played including Peer Gynt which I grew up to enjoy very much, so something good must have come from my time at North Harringay. I was very surprised to see all this and have enjoyed it all a great deal. I live in Devon now and would be thrilled to hear from anybody associated with our old school / class. Well done for all your efforts, I can see it has been a while since anyone posted. During these tough times it would be a great diversion to rekindle a little of the past hope you are all in good health. Kind regards Andy Simmonds

Isn't this just what this wonderful site is all about...............rekindling memories, times, associates and the like.  Brilliant stuff.  And what a fabulous archive of photos David Rogers has.  Really so envious.

If someone lived in Warham Rd would this be a school they could have gone to? Trying to locate a family who lived at 50 Warham Rd during about 1959 to 1980. Mr Adam had two daughters Barbara & Jackie. Would anyone remember this family? thankyou.

Hi Paul, it's been a while hey? Firstly, well done for posting this picture it really was the missing link for me. The class photos that David Rogers has posted in the past were brilliant but lacked the names, but thankfully you nailed it. So many memories re-visited. Thank you so much.
