1992 New Year Harringay Warehouse party promo postcard

This must have been quote near the start of Harringay's Warehouse area developing as a hip residential area. As I understand things, Ellis Dee, whose name is shown on the back, was the primary mover and shaker.

I'm wondering if this might have been held in the old Courtney Pope building. I think the company moved out by 1988.
