I have the details of the 'Visitor Experience Manager' at Thames Water and have tried calling here (she was not there so I emailed) to see if there is any chance the pathway can be opened up perhaps on certain weekends during the summer so we might have a chance to walk access the pathway. I will let you know what comes of it.
