Barclays Bank, 247 High Road, Wood Green c1935

The building was erected as a National & Provincial Bank c1890. It still stands today immediately to the south of the currently under renovation Civic Centre building.

This photo was taken whilst the Fishmongers and Poulterer's Almshouses still stood on the site. It can be glimpsed on the far right of the photo.
