Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Can anyone work out this little puzzle?

This is the shop opposite the new end of Hewitt, currently being re-purposed.

I noticed evidence of the old shop name revealed and snapped this picture. Can anyone work out what the shop used to be called? I've no idea what date the name would have referred to.

Some of the holes look random and may be from successive signs, or there may not have been individual letters at all as the photo from the history section shows ready made signs running the the width of the shop
