I thought the Aged Pilgrims Asylum was situated on the corner of Hazellville Road and St John's Way.

You're absolutely right Janice. Thanks for the correction. (The next road up from St John's is even called Pilgrim's Way.)

Just noticed your comment, John! StreetView certainly makes researching locations easier, though in this case there don't appear to be any 'original features' retained...
