According to Steve H, the "1943" might be as late as 1955.

The then part, was a composite, probably taken from different years between as you say 1943 and 1955. The section of the composite of Harringay Arena is in my opinion from about 1945/46.... Why?
Because the bombed petrol station can be seen (that occurred in 1944) and the new petrol station seen on this shot from about 1955 hadn't yet been built
