Barriers acheive the opposite of what they are supposed to do.. Drivers feel safer and therefore drive faster.. BUT as I mentioned previously... you'll only need one fatality and the removal of the barriers will be seen as the cause. I don't personally think that, but that's how things work! Dilema...!!
