Its funny you should post these photo's of BHS cafe, I was desperate for the loo while shopping in woodgreen a few weeks ago and found myself in BHS to use their toilet which is upstairs. Never been in the BHS in all the years I've lived here.  The toilet is upstairs, you have to walk through the cafe which is the most enormous empty space with a few sad cheese rolls for sale and a couple of old ladies drinking tea.

I found myself in a similar situation and was quite disgusted by the state of the toilets
