From your EXIF data, it looks like this was taken just before 23.00 today. Is that right? Do you know if it's another burst water main, or is it the rain (surely not)?

I don't, but probably not rain so guess it's another burst water main. The road is really flooded!

For some time there have been massive puddles under the bridge when it rains - presumably the drain is blocked. It could just be excessive rain?
