My fastest 5k is 22:37 and about 50 minutes for the 10k in Crouch End recently though it was my first 10k race in about 10 years so I'd hope to be able to go a bit faster. I'm training for the Great North Run and maybe another half in September. Since I'm going to be away so many weekends and not able to do parkrun I'd like something that will force me to work really hard! At the moment I guess I'm trying to do a 5k, a 10k and a longer run every week though it's usually more about how much free time I've got! I go out on the roads from work and when I'm at home usually go up the old railway and into the woods.
