I'm sorry to hear that Andy's visit to the house came as such a shock to you. I had absolutely no idea. I simply assumed (and this is no reflection on him) that he had your blessing. They were very courtuous, and I felt I kind of owed it to them to at least show them around the ground floor.
Yes, I'd be very interested to read what you have written about Valerie and Andrew. I really don't wish to intrude or be pushy. As you know, I never contacted you after Andy came, feeling that anything you would like to tell me should be in your own time. So I'm delighted that you've made contact again.
